We have been using Lawpac since March 2013. The Software promotions team came to our offices and installed the program on the required computers. The accounts department received a full day of training on the package, the balance of the staff later received individual training on the program.
Our offices were required to provied an Excel spreadsheet containing information about the clients, suppliers and opening balances – drawn from our previous package. This was then uploaded by Software Promotions for our practice.
The package is easy to use and the support has been readily available. Changes in tariffs, or principles are supplied and are simple to install.
In May 2018 we upgraded to the Online Billing System which was supplied, installed and training was offered again.
We have received positive supposrt from the members of the team and they have been willing to work through problems expereinced, even where the cause of the problem was incorrect posting.
During the 2020 lockdown period, we have been able to capture all the fees remotely and our accounts have been kept up to date.
I would recommend this package to any firm that is looking to upgrade their accounts, as they are also continually upgrading to keep up with the times.

I have enjoyed a business relationship with Reggie Govender, the developer of Lawpac Software, for about thirty years, and have been utilizing this product in our practice since 1994.
